Kore.ai to transform enterprise business workflows with Agentic AI
By MYBRANDBOOK
The AI for Process platform enables organizations to design, deploy, and manage custom AI agents or Agentic apps capable of understanding context, making complex decisions, and automating workflows
Kore.ai, a leading enterprise AI services provider, has unveiled its latest offering, AI for Process, a no-code platform designed to revolutionize how businesses automate and optimize knowledge-intensive tasks. This platform is the second in Kore.ai’s series of agentic AI tools, following the launch of AI for Work in December 2024. While the first platform focused on pre-configured agents for human resources, recruitment, and IT, AI for Process offers a more flexible solution tailored to process automation at scale.
The AI for Process platform enables organizations to design, deploy, and manage custom AI agents or Agentic apps capable of understanding context, making complex decisions, and automating workflows. With a cloud-agnostic approach, the platform ensures flexibility in integrating different AI models and tools while meeting businesses' security and compliance requirements. This shift from traditional, rules-based automation to intelligent process orchestration addresses the limitations of conventional systems, such as their inability to scale and make real-time decisions.

At the core of this platform is the proprietary Agentic RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology, which combines advanced retrieval techniques with intelligent agent coordination. This allows the AI to reason and adapt to dynamic situations, significantly reducing reliance on human intervention. The platform is designed to enhance accuracy, improve contextual understanding, and maintain rigorous control over business data and outcomes.
AI for Process offers a powerful intelligent agent framework that includes multiple AI-driven agents: the Orchestrator Agent for managing workflows, Reasoning Agents for complex decision-making, Task Agents for automating processes, Knowledge Agents for handling enterprise data, and API Agents for facilitating system integrations. Together, these agents can autonomously interact, collaborate, and manage sophisticated business operations. The platform also includes an Agent Evaluation Framework to continuously assess agent performance, evaluate execution plans, and identify risks to ensure robust decision-making.
Designed for accessibility, AI for Process features a no-code development environment with a visual workflow designer and over 65 pre-built templates, enabling users to build workflows with ease. The platform integrates seamlessly with commercial and open-source large language models (LLMs) and cloud services like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, preventing vendor lock-in.
A key feature of AI for Process is its Human-in-the-Loop capability, which allows human intervention for critical tasks such as approvals, data inputs, and oversight, ensuring compliance and maintaining control over high-priority decisions. Built-in security measures, such as data anonymisation, content filters, and audit trails, ensure that enterprises can protect sensitive information while adhering to industry regulations.
Raj Koneru, CEO & Founder of Kore.ai, stated that AI for Process is ushering in a new era of intelligent automation, where AI agents can independently manage business processes, improving efficiency and reducing the dependency on human support. The platform has already shown promising results, with early implementations reporting faster processing times, cost savings, and reduced human oversight.
Prasanna Arikala, CTO of Kore.ai, explained that AI for Process delivers the future of autonomous business automation today, equipping enterprises with the tools they need to optimize operations and drive innovation across industries.
