POCO intros budget-friendly smartphone C51 with MediaTek Helio G36 processor

POCO expanded its C-series portfolio with the launch of POCO C51. It is the first smartphone in India to boost a MediaTek Helio G36 processor. The smartphone also packs a 6.52" Large Display and 7GB Turbo RAM. This power-packed entry-level smartphone is a testimony of POCO’s vision to provide exciting features at a compelling price to enhance the overall smartphone experience of consumers. The POCO C51 will be available in 4GB+64GB configuration for INR 8,499 starting April 10 on Flipkart. The product can be availed at an introductory offer price of INR 7799 on the first sale date.

Performance
With its introduction, the Mediatek Helio G36 offers POCO C51 with an octa-core processor that can reach peak clock speeds of up to 2.2GHz. It delivers all the power the user needs for seamless browsing and multimedia consumption. Running on the latest version of Android, i.e. Android 13 Go - Clean UI, the POCO C51 gives users a consistently hassle-free experience. Furthermore, it offers two years of security updates.
Display
The POCO C51 has an immersive 6.52" HD+ Display with 720x1600 resolution, making it easier to watch content and make video calls. The device provides an efficient, smooth, and vivid content streaming experience and features a touch sampling rate of 120Hz.
Memory & Storage
With 7GB Turbo RAM (4GB LPDDR4X + 3GB Turbo RAM), the POCO C51 offers customers a fluid experience and the ability to run and switch between various apps more quickly. POCO C51 comes with a 3-card slot with 1 slot dedicated for up to 1TB SD card, so you can easily bring tons of content around with you in your pocket.
Camera
The POCO C51 features an 8MP Dual Rear Camera System and a 5MP front snapper to capture the memorable views of your life. The smartphone also offers a no-compromise video experience with 1080p @ 30fps. Further, it comes with photography and videography features and modes, allowing users to capture each and every moment with precision and clarity.
Battery
Designed to withstand demanding everyday duties, the POCO C51 has a massive 5000mAh battery that can easily last users through the day. Its 10W charging support offers an adequate battery backup by giving a large battery enough juice.
Design
With calming hues of Royal Blue and Power Black, the POCO C51 comes with a leather-like design. POCO C51's premium-looking, scratch-resistant, and long-lasting textured back surface is pleasant to hold. The smartphone's rear fingerprint sensor allows users to quickly and securely unlock the phone. The device also has splash-proof capabilities.
