Facebook developing a smartwatch with messaging and health features: Report

As per news report, the social media platform - Facebook is developing a smartwatch that will let users send messages and also offer health and fitness features.
The report also suggests that by next year Facebook is planning to start selling the device. With this the company will be foraying into the Apple Inc and Huawei dominated market
Facebook's smartwatch will work via a cellular connection, letting users send messages through its services and also connect to the services or hardware of health and fitness companies, such as Peloton Interactive, according to the report.
Facebook has been entering into the hardware sector recently and coming up with products including virtual reality headset Oculus and video chatting device Portal.
