Samsung has unveiled its stunning new line of premium smartphones –Galaxy S10 in India. Galaxy S10 is designed for consumers who want a premium smartphone that allows for immersive, personal and intelligent experience. Samsung Galaxy S10 series redefines the photography experience on a smartphone. Building on Samsung’s camera leadership of Dual Pixel and Dual Aperture firsts, Galaxy S10 introduces Penta Pro-Grade Camera and advanced intelligence that makes it easy to take epic shots and videos.

Galaxy S10 and S10+ feature a triple camera module design. The main camera module has a 12 MP sensor and a dual-aperture lens that intelligently varies between an f/1.5 and f/2.4 aperture. The secondary camera is a 12 MP 2x telephoto lens, with an f/2.4 lens. The devices come with an ultra-wide-angle 16 MP lens and a 123-degree Field of View (FoV), allowing users not only see wider, but also closer with a naked eye.

For consumers who create videos, Galaxy S10 offers Super Steady recording with digital stabilization technology. Super Steady allows users to capture the moment. S10’s front camera supports UHD video so users can capture high-quality content and record 4K UHD Selfie videos and in an industry first, the rear camera gives the flexibility to record video in HDR10+.

With the Neural Processing Unit (NPU) available on the chipset, users can get pro-grade shots without having to manually select any advanced camera settings.Scene Optimizer can automatically recognize and more accurately process additional scenes because of the NPU. And with AI Photo Assist, Galaxy S10 offers automatic composition recommendations for users to frame their photos better than ever.

Galaxy S10 will directly launch Instagram through its camera app, turning the device into one of the best ways to experience Instagram. Galaxy S10’s camera app includes an Instagram Mode button and with a simple click, users can record and upload full-screen videos directly to Instagram – all without opening the app.

The Galaxy S10 will come with a new and improved version of Bixby Vision. This is a ‘Make for India’ innovation for Indian consumers developedby the Samsung R&D Institute, Bengaluru.

Through partnership with online fashion retailer Myntra, Bixby Vision on the Galaxy S10 will provide a new ‘Try and Buy’ feature that will make shopping more convenient than ever before.

Bixby Vision will also allow S10 users to find nearby restaurants by simply pointing their cameras at a street or a building. Samsung has partnered with Magicpin to provide users with live information on nearest local restaurants and points of interest right from their camera.

AVAILABILITY IN INDIA –PRICING, VARIANTS AND COLOURS

Galaxy S10+ will be available in 1TB, 512GB and 128GB storage variants and will be offered to consumers at a price of INR 1,17,900, INR 91,900 and INR 73,900 respectively. The 1TB and 512GB variants are being offered in luxurious Ceramic White and Ceramic Black colours respectively, while the 128GB variant will come in premium Prism Black, Prism White and Prism Blue colours.

Galaxy S10’s 512GB variant, priced at INR 84,900,will be available in Prism White colour, whereas the 128GB variant, at INR 66,900 will be available in Prism Black, Prism White and Prism Blue colours. Further, Galaxy S10e comes with only 128GB storage variant in Prism Black and Prism White colours. It will be priced at INR 55,900.
