Apple's Robotic Ambitions: ₹84,000 Home Robot in the Works

Apple is reportedly working on a new innovative product: a tabletop robot featuring an iPad-like display and a robotic limb. This device is believed to combine Apple's expertise in hardware, software, and artificial intelligence to create a multifunctional robot that could potentially serve various roles in both home and office settings.
The development of a high-end tabletop home device that integrates an iPad-like display with a robotic limb, signaling the company's push into innovative home technology. This device, which represents a new revenue stream for Apple, is being developed by a team of several hundred people.
The key feature of this product is a thin robotic arm that can move a large screen around. Using actuators, the arm allows the display to tilt up and down and rotate 360 degrees, providing dynamic interaction capabilities. This design is intended to offer a unique experience compared to existing home products like Amazon’s Echo Show 10 and Meta’s now-discontinued Portal.
