Chatbot To play a bigger role

The Artificial Intelligence chatbot segment has registered an unprecedented growth. As the chatbot space and the AI technology at large continues to evolve and expand, we can expect a great many new trends to emerge this year and rule the segment.
There has been continuous increase in the adoption of conversational chatbots on part of the organizations. Delivering personalisation is emerging as a key use case scenario for the AI chatbot technology. The size of the chatbot market worldwide is expected to hit a whopping $1.25 billion in 2025. And Gartner predicts that they’re going to be a primary customer service aid for 25% of organizations not long after that.
One of the most apparent chatbot trends for 2023 is that their use will become even more widespread, and chatbots themselves will keep getting more sophisticated. There are Personalized Chatbots that will become more personalized as they will be able to recognize and respond to individual user preferences and behaviour. They will use data analytics and machine learning algorithms to understand user behaviour patterns and provide tailored responses.
Secondly, there are chatbots Integration with Voice Assistants, here Chatbots will increasingly be integrated with voice assistants such as Amazon Alexa and Google Home, making it easier for users to interact with them through voice commands.
Chatbots will become more human-like in their interactions, incorporating natural language processing and sentiment analysis to detect and respond to user emotions and tones. This will make conversations more engaging and increase user satisfaction. It has been witnessed, there is increased Use of Chatbots in E-commerce, and will continue to play a larger role in e-commerce as they will be used to handle customer service queries, provide product recommendations, and process transactions.
Going forward, Chatbots will expand into new industries such as healthcare, finance, and education, providing personalized assistance and improving access to services. Chatbots can also be integrated with augmented reality technology, allowing users to interact with chatbots in a more immersive way.
Tech Pundits say, Chatbots will be more secure, using encryption and multi-factor authentication to protect user data and prevent unauthorized access. As AI technology continues to evolve, we can expect chatbots to become more sophisticated and play a bigger role in our daily lives.
