Accenture finally acquires AppsPro

Accenture has completed its acquisition of AppsPro, a leading Oracle Cloud implementation service provider in Saudi Arabia. The financial terms of the transaction, which Accenture announced on May 3, were not disclosed.
The acquisition expands Accenture’s Oracle Cloud capabilities globally, helping to deliver additional value to clients in the Middle East on their journeys to the cloud.
AppsPro adds more than 240 professionals to the Accenture Oracle Business Group, broadening in-region capabilities and deep industry knowledge in cloud and digital transformation.
Accenture has unmatched global expertise across a full range of Oracle solutions with thousands of Oracle-skilled consultants worldwide who help accelerate digital transformation by implementing Oracle-based business solutions and new business processes that develop and evolve as their digital business grows.
