5000 campus graduates hired by DXC Technology in India

As per the company, this year DXC Technology has roped in 5000 campus graduates and half of them are women. The company also said that it has plans to increase the number of graduates next year with the aim to ensure the right representation and talent pool required to serve customers.
DXC has onboarded 500 women employees in a single day.
In a press release, DXC said that it is cultivating an inclusive environment where all employees are rewarded for superior performance and recognized with equal opportunities for growth.
“DXC’s diversity charter is core to its success. We are committed to building our future by collaborating with the right talent and furthering a culture which rewards diverse strengths and merit. Bringing on board 500 skilled women colleagues in a single day reinforces our belief in the value of diversity,” Nachiket Sukhtankar, Managing Director, India, DXC, was quoted saying.
