Google has admitted to sending users’ private videos to strangers. ‘Google Takeout’ data that allows users to download videos is facing some technical issues.
Google Take out that lets people download their data was affected by some technical issues between November 21 to November 25 last year. A small number of users received some videos that do not belong to them.
Google’s nonchalant does not provide any details on how many people were affected, nor the amount of individual videos that were distributed incorrectly per account.
Google fixed the issue after 5 days and has also apologized for the inconvenience.
