ideaForge partners with Aaronia to develop a state-of-the-art drone operations and monitoring solution

ideaForge Technology and Aaronia AG (Germany) have announced a strategic partnership to integrate their solutions to provide end users with a complete and unique intrusion monitoring solution that can track dynamic threats, in the air or on the ground through both operating and monitoring drones via an integrated control center.
By integrating ideaForge drones with Aaronia’s AARTOS command & control solution, they can offer end users a single point for drone operations and surveillance with potential reduced investment of communication infrastructure required for operating the drones. In addition, the strategic partnership includes plans to support the Make in India initiative to develop some of Aaronia’s hardware in the country.

ideaForge being a market leader in drones in India and AARTOS being a leading drone detection system, it seemed to be an obvious partnership for the safe and secure usage of airspace. It will be seen as one of the first of its kind partnerships towards counter-rogue-drone technology reducing the unwanted and unethical usage of drones in India.
The Aaronia AARTOS solution is the leading drone detection system in the world with over 100 installations in 2018 and 300 under preparation in 2019. It offers an all-in-one integrated solution for drone defense, whether mobile or for stationary 24/7 surveillance. AARTOS is the only system on the market that can provide accurate detection using RF-antennas only including height information of drone. Further, the system can monitor the complete spectrum of RF (e.g. 20 MHz to 20 GHz) in real time. Realtime DF Frequency Monitoring for all frequencies and directions at the same time with up to 48THz/s; equaling hundreds of sweeps per second.
Two decades of focus on spectrum analysis and RF monitoring have allowed Aaronia to achieve this innovation and the technology will allow end users to have real-time access to everything in the RF space including ISM, TETRA, GSM, LTE, 3G, 4G, 5G, etc. When we consider this development in terms of drone detection, AARTOS can monitor all bands of RF simultaneously, unlike other drone detection systems which only monitor the commonly used frequencies.
