Google brings its latest software update Android Oreo

Google has confirmed that the latest Android 8.0 is known Android Oreo which was earlier known as Android O. As per news reports, Android Oreo will be available with compatible phones starting with Google’s own Pixel phones.
Talking about Google devices, Android O will be available for 5X, Nexus 6P, Nexus Player, Google Pixel C, Google Pixel and the Google Pixel XL. The company also said that the devices which are already enrolled in the beta program will automatically get Android O update.
The key features that are included in the new Android update are picture-in-picture and autofill. The new update also offers strong security protections and speed improvements which are said to "keep you safe and moving at light speed".
The picture-in-picture feature will allow users to open two apps on the screen at the same time like it will allow user to check schedule while an ongoing video call. The new software will also come with improvements in the notification panel. It allows users to see the new features in their apps.
Android O is the most secured version till date. In case cybercriminals are trying to get bad software onto your device, the new Android version will shield the phone.
The latest version will make devices faster and boost speed. The autofill feature remembers things such as logins, passwords, with user's permission. It also offers support for Android Instant Apps which allow users to directly teleport directly into new apps with no installations. Furthermore, it presents fully-redesigned emojis.
The company is working closely with several companies like Essential, General Mobile, HMD Global Home of Nokia Phones, Huawei, HTC, Kyocera, LG, Motorola, Samsung, Sharp, and Sony. It also said that several devices by these companies will be upgraded with the latest software version Android 8.0 Oreo.
