Jensen Huang, whose wealth has more than doubled this year to nearly $35 billion thanks to the AI boom. This is due to the recent surge in the stock price of Nvidia, which has been driven by strong demand for its graphics cards.

As per Jensen Huang, artificial intelligence has made the programming barrier "incredibly low". "We have closed the digital divide. Everyone is a programmer now, you just have to say something to the computer," Huang stated. He further added that AI has brought in "a new computing era" and "is going to touch literally every single industry".

Jensen Huang said, in Computex forum in Taipei, AI was leading a computing revolution. "Every single computing era you could do different things that weren't possible before, and artificial intelligence certainly qualifies," Huang added.

The AI hype may put many jobs at risk, but it's also massively boosting other industries — such as those producing AI chips, like Nvidia. Nvidia is at the forefront of the semiconductor industry, and it is well-positioned to continue to grow in the years to come.
