A mix of inhouse and partner resources not only ensures business continuity but also ensures sustained inflow of knowledge form the ‘outside-in’ perspective. Retention of resources is not a one time affair hence should be approached from the perspective of nurturing the talent and providing them an environment which is invigorating.
