ESSI showcased in Digi-yatra

A recently held event in VIGYAN BHAVAN, New Delhi on October 9-12018. Digi Yatra initiative which is in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Digital India's vision. The new initiative will add digital experience for air travellers. Now, air passengers can soon use facial recognition biometrics to enter airports.
DigiYatra' initiative is aimed to bring the tech eco-system, to develop a digital ecosystem that will deliver Indian customers a seamless, consistent and paperless service experience at every touch point of their journey. The event was inaugurated By Hon'ble Home Minister Rajnath Singh in presence of Hansraj Ahir, Minister of State for Home, Govt. of India. Whereas, the closing Ceremony was address by Suresh Prabhu, Minister Civil Aviation and Jayant Sinha, Minister of State, Civil Aviation.
ESSI Integrated Technologies showcases Critical Systems product line with cutting edge technologies at International Aviation Security Seminar 2018. Union Civil Aviation Minister Suresh Prabhu appreciated the Integrated Aviation Security Systems displayed by ESSI Integrated Technologies .
Hon'ble Minister for Civil Aviation Sh. Suresh Prabhu and Hon'ble Minister of State for Civil Aviation Shri Jayant Sinha showed keen interest in ESSI offerings on solutions based upon cutting edge technology. Since, ESSI has emerged a trusted name in the Security Systems domain, with its past record, invited to address opportunities in "Digi-Yatra".
"The civil aviation sector requires deep emphasis on technology,affordability, and ease of passenger access from all multi-dimensional stakeholders involved," he underscored while lauding the CISF in its discharge of duties in a highly competent and professional manner. "The passenger aviation domain has grown at more than 20% in the past five years, and is poised for exponential expansion under the far-sighted government policies. Similarly, the cargo aviation sector has grown more than 10% in the past four years and shows promise of equally rapid expansion," said Prabhu.
CISF had invited ESSI Integrated Technologies to participate as an exhibitor at the International Aviation Security Seminar 2018 as a part of its golden jubilee year celebrations. Featuring in-depth discussions on the crucial topics of 'New Technologies in the aviation security domain' and 'Cargo Security: A re-evaluation,' the seminar inspired vibrant participation fromdistinguished panelists representing the Home Ministry, the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, Bureau of Civil Aviation Security, the Intelligence Bureau, the Transportation Security Administration (USA), andvarious technology players from India and abroad such as L3, Smiths Detection, and Rafael Systems. The event ended with the unveiling of a revamped plan by the Director General of CISF, Rajesh Ranjan to increase multi-agency real-time collaboration at all domestic airports, as well as a 22-point commitment to streamline the various salient aspects brought forward through deliberations at the seminar.
The ESSI Integrated Technologies exhibitor booth attracted more than hundred delegates, including the minister of State for Civil Aviation, Jayant Sinha and all leading dignitaries with its Radio Frequency Identification Access Control System Demonstration, Live Face Recognition System, and Pervasive Multilayered Security Model. Shri Jayant Sinha also invited ESSI Integrated Technologies to participate in the Passenger Control System and Boarding Automation Systems which are to be tendered under the DigiYatrapolicy.
Currently, the ESSI Access Control System with Automatic Number Plate Recognition and Driver Image Capture Units is deployed at Terminal 3 of the Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi.
"Guardian of the India Sky" Air Chief Marshal Birender Singh Dhanoa has shown keen interest in ESSI offerings on Perimeter Security System based uponcutting edge technology.
Lastly, ESSI has many credentials with the implementation of projects for Parliament House, PM Residence & office ,President House, Ministry of defence, Atomic Energy sites.
