iVOOMi unveils iVOOMi Z1 – Notch Display Smartphone

iVOOMi has launched its first “Notch Display” smartphone – iVOOMi Z1. The Flipkart-exclusive smartphone features a 5.67” HD+ Display with 19:9 ratio. It would be available for purchase starting 11th October, 2018. One can go ahead and add iVOOMi Z1 to their wishlist to ensure they can get their hands on it as soon as the sale goes live. Packed with amazing features, the smartphone, originally priced at Rs.6,999/-, will be available for a special price of Rs.6,499/- for a limited time, i.e. during the Big Billion Days Sale from 11th to 14th October, 2018. Additionally, buyers can avail an instant 10% cashback on HDFC Debit and Credit cards, bringing down the effective price to Rs.5,981/-.
The Notch Display provides users with a free-flowing screen interface. The phone has a compact build and the curved design of the smartphone accentuates the visually appealing FullView display that comes with a resolution of 1498x720 pixels. Great for photography enthusiasts, the smartphone features a 13MP Rear camera with 5P Lens, a Sony sensor and a soft flash for low-light photography. The front-facing camera, on the other hand, is a 5MP camera with 4P Lens. The smartphone is equipped with excellent software capabilities enabling it to give various effects to photos alongside additional camera features such as Portrait Mode, Time Lapse, 6 Level Beauty Mode, Face Cute, Bokeh Mode, AI Camera, Professional Mode, High-Dynamic Range, and Panorama, among others.
The smartphone is backed by a 2,800mAh battery and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo on top of SmartMe OS 3.0 with 1.3GHz MTK6739 Quad-Core Processor. The operating system is power-packed and futuristic owing to the features and facilities it comes with. Its AI-enabled Smart Battery Management System optimizes the battery performance of the smartphone by analyzing user behaviour to manage apps and background functions. iVOOMi Z1 features facial recognition software to unlock the device via the phone’s front-facing camera and a rear fingerprint sensor for added security.
Packed with 2GB RAM paired with 16GB ROM expandable up to 128 GB via a Micro SD card, the smartphone is available in three rich colour variants – Classic Black, Platinum Gold and Ocean Blue. The iVOOMi Z1 is a dual-SIM smartphone with other connectivity options like Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB, 3G and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India).
