Albert Ignatev inaugurates Inter-cultural and Economic Cooperation for BRICS

Yakutsk’s Albert Ignatev began the inter-cultural and economic cooperation connecting the BRICS Folk communities in India. He underlined about the indigenous people, their culture, economy and life under the project BRICS Life.

 

Dr. Sergey Dvoryanov, President, International Diplomatic Club “Amicability”, emphasized on the need to preserve the ethnic and cultural diversity with nature protection habits of the people in BRICS and its friendly countries.

 

Yakutsk, one of Russia’s most rapidly growing regional cities, is the capital city of the Sakha Republic, Russia, located around 450km south of the Arctic Circle, fueled by the mining industry. It is the coldest city in the world, with the record lowest temperature of -64.4 degree Celsius in winter.
