How important is Digital Transformation for your own organization?
Before we get into the details, let me first explain what we understand by the term Digital Transformation since the term means different things to different people. Digital Transformation is application of digital technologies to create change in business processes. To be successful, cultural changes are necessary.
If we have to offer digital transformation services to our customers, it is critical that we adopt the process ourselves. We can succeed with our customers only if we eat our own Dog Food!
How have you geared your organization for this transformation? What are the latest technologies that you have adopted in recent times?
Every Organization, irrespective of its size, has a common thread of the employees spending more and more time in “collaborative” work – in meetings, on phone calls or answering emails. It is estimated that that this “collaborative” work takes up 80% of the employee time.
So our focus was on ensuring that we focus on the “Collaboration” piece and figure out how we can improve various associated processes to make this more seamless and less disruptive.
Mention one technology adopted by your organization that has helped you to offer better service to your customers.
Being a Microsoft Gold Partner, it was natural that we experimented with various available technologies from Microsoft to figure out what works best for us. We have zeroed on the Microsoft Teams as a platform for building our internal processes. To this platform, we integrated multiple solutions, mainly Email Management; Document Management; Time Management including Meeting and Calling; Task Management; Knowledge Management. Then we deployed various Security Policies so that the complete experience is secure as well as compliant.
Please mention the key differentiation factor of your organization in this crowded market place.
The good thing about Microsoft Teams Platform is that it is customizable. So the Microsoft Teams Platform used by us is totally different from the one which would be offered by some other partner. And since the five core services used by us are extremely useful across a large spectrum of organizations, it becomes relatively easy for us to show what we are doing with this Platform. So there is very little theory involved and customers can see for themselves the solution in action. And when any customers sees what we are doing, they immediately know and understand the value of the platform. And we make a clear claim that our platform will help them improve their productivity by about 20%.

core technologies used by us in our platform are all from Microsoft. To that we have added our expertise around the platform and designed our business processes.
