Angela Zepeda to join X as Global Head of Marketing

X CEO Linda Yaccarino has announced that the company has hired Angela Zepeda as Global Head of Marketing. This is the first time the post has been occupied ever since Tesla CEO and billionaire Elon Musk acquired the platform in late 2022 for $44bn.
Prior to this, Zepeda served as Chief Creative Officer at Hyundai Motor America, in addition to her role as Chief Marketing Officer. She held both positions from August to September 2024. Zepeda first joined the company in October 2019 as Chief Marketing Officer, a position she held until August 2024.
She has also worked with INNOCEAN USA, Quigley- Simpson, Lowe Campbell Ewald, and more.
She brings with her the experience and expertise, and also understands how to flourish the brand across the globe. She will spearhead X’s marketing to enhance innovation.
