Facebook comes up with print magazine "Grow"
By MYBRANDBOOK
It is absolutely true that the print media is not going to die. In the present era, most of the companies are going for digital media, but time will come when to prove the authenticity or proof-of-concept, print medium will act as evidence.
Probably, Facebook will get the first mover advantage from social and digital media because of its strong conviction over digitization and disruption. Secondly, the school of thoughts can analyze the fact that Facebook does not want to leave the audience behind, who believes only in print publications and are not yet ready to move completely to the digital and social medium.
As per the news source, the social media giant, Facebook has launched its first magazine – Grow. It is a quarterly magazine aimed at the business leaders. The magazine was first spotted in the business class lounges at Heathrow and also in a few other exclusive spots in and around London in early June 2018.
The first issue is labelled as “Issue One”. It features a white on black cover image of Swedish retail guru Oscar Olsson and explores niche brands.
The magazine is also present in digital format.
