CIO priorities for 2022
2020 and 2021 were tough, 2022 is tougher. The IT landscape has been disrupted, customers have been looking for efficient alternatives, salaries are all time high, and resource churn is at its peak. While most of the industry is trying to retain its top talent, we are focussed on bringing in new fresh talent to aid existing human capital.
Further, we are offering flexibility to the workforce to work from anywhere, via hybrid offices, where employees may either work remotely on permanent or makeshift basis.
· Partially remote where the workforce works remotely and on-site. It is a typical scenario for companies that cannot move some of their processes to the remote due to security or hardware limitations.
· Flexible remote hours or days, so employees can manage their workflows and work some of the time out of the office.
· Co-working spaces where dedicated desks or workplaces are not assigned. Employees book the workspaces in advance once they decide to work on-site.
Digitization - opportunities galore
ATCS helps clients adopt digital technology by transforming processes. The transformation itself can range from highly complex organizational and business process shifts to replacing manual processes with automation to updating outdated (and expensive) technology with better alternatives.
Digitalization in business helps to improve the efficiency of its operations, making automation possible. There are fewer human errors and operational costs are reduced, due to the decreased need for human resources.
Digital technologies help in making the transition from multiple disintegrated traditional processes to digital platforms.
Technology & Brand amalgamation
We are committed to build products and services that offer privacy by design, embedded in services at their core. All new engagements start with agreements that clearly demark the boundaries of the data to be collected, reasons for which they are processed and retained in the system.
We have been orienting our workforces tirelessly on this domain and shall continue to do so for the long term through training, awareness, and checks.
We can also offer product-based privacy certifications as needed by our customers.
