HDFC securities appoints Gagan Singla as the Chief Digital Officer

HDFC securities appoints Gagan Singla as Chief Digital Officer. In his last assignment, Singla was leading IIFL as Chief Strategy Officer. He has over 18 years of experience working across 11 countries in organisations like Deloitte US Analysis and PWC UK and in eCommerce firms like Quikr.com and SimpliLearn.
In this new role, Singla will be responsible for the following domains- Digital Transformation, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Online Business and Customer Service. He has more than 18 years of experience working across 11 countries in organizations like Deloitte US Analysis and PWC UK and in eCommerce firms like Quikr.com and SimpliLearn. He has been a speaker at UC Berkeley, Kelley School of business, and other premier institutions across the world.
Dhiraj Relli, MD & CEO, HDFC securities said on his appointment, "Gagan comes with strong expertise in data analytics and understanding of consumer behavior. With his diverse exposure to both domestic and international markets, he would add great value to our digital offerings while crafting seamless customer investment journeys.
