Reliance Infosystems with RackNap to drive Microsoft cloud adoption in Africa

Reliance Infosystems Limited, Nigeria, a Microsoft Gold Partner has joined hands with RackNap, a cloud business automation platform to drive cloud adoption in Africa, starting with Nigeria.
Reliance Infosystems, a customer centric organization understand that to increase cloud adoption in Africa, a great customer experience is vital. Reliance Infosystems in its unwavering focus on efficient service delivery, and efforts at increasingly driving cloud adoption in Africa have found that the ability to bill the customer seamlessly, while offering prompt support are recipes for great customer experience.
Reliance has chosen to partner with RackNap and use its billing and services provisioning automation platform for this purpose. This would see RackNap manage prompt delivery of services and overall back-end business processes with the ultimate outcome – better customer satisfaction
Ijeoma Mbaneme, Team Lead, Microsoft Modern Workplace, says, “When the manual method of executing our billing and provisioning business processes started to take its toll on us, we knew we had to start searching for an automated and efficient alternative. By collaborating with RackNap, Reliance Infosystems can -
· Effectively manage Microsoft cloud services provisioning and billing on a unified platform.
· Offer informed decision-making choices and transparency to customers on their consumption of Cloud services with special focus on Office 365, Azure.
· Bundle Azure Infrastructure managed services to their customers which can yield better ROI.
Reliance Infosystems, the Nigeria’s premier cloud services provider, plans to expand its cloud adoption drive to multiple countries in Africa in the near future. RackNap will be instrumental in keeping the operational costs low which will allow them to focus more on the business expansion.
