The policy aims to connect entrepreneurs to global markets, promote grassroots startups, and drive tech adoption. It will leverage the state's industrial strengths and resources. Additionally, the government will establish the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub (RTIH) in Amravati, with five regional centers supporting startups through a hub-and-spoke model.
