ASM Technologies invests in Lavelle Networks
By MYBRANDBOOK
ASM Technologies Ltd has done a follow-on investment in Lavelle Networks, the Bengaluru-based leader in SD WAN technology in India. Telecommunications giant Bharti Airtel has also invested in Lavelle for the first time.
ASM Technologies has been a partner of Lavelle Networks since its initial years and last year even set up a Centre of Excellence for software defined networking, jointly in Bengaluru. Lavelle Networks had been named in the latest batch of the Google for Startups Accelerator India program, which helps high potential Indian Technology startups to build and scale in its initial years.
Lavelle offers a software defined networking (SDN) platform for wide area network (WAN) management. WAN is a telecommunications or computer network that extends over a large geographical distance.
The company offers SDN gateways and user interface to deploy, manage and monitor hybrid WAN networks. The solutions cater to retail, banking, e-commerce, logistics and other industries.
Karthik Madhava, Founder and Chief Technology Officer, Lavelle Networks, said, “ASM has been a pillar of support and a valued partner for us for some time now and we are very happy that they continue to impose their faith in Lavelle Networks. It is indeed also highly encouraging when a company like Bharti Airtel chooses to partner with you. We look forward to a mutually fulfilling relationship and to continue to deliver value to our partners with our new age and innovative technology solutions.”
