Tech Mahindra alliance with RUAG International

Tech Mahindra announced a strategic partnership with RUAG International, an organisation specialising in aerospace, headquartered in Switzerland, for global IT infrastructure and digital transformation. Tech Mahindra will support RUAG International in its IT Infrastructure digitisation strategy by transforming the core infrastructure operations using next-generation service to enhance customer experience and faster time-to-market.
Mukul Dhyani, Business Head Continental Europe, Tech Mahindra said, “We are delighted to partner with RUAG International, this underscores our capabilities and strong strength in manufacturing verticals with our long history of servicing global customers. This Infrastructure and Workplace transformation programme will also focus on accelerating consumerization of digital services and providing RUAG International with a digital platform to enable its employees to benefit with the best in class services and improved user experience. The key transformation initiatives also include digital service management, Cloud Transformation, Services Automation and Compliance & Control.
Tech Mahindra under its TechMNxt charter has continued focused on leveraging next-generation technologies like Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, 5G, and Internet of Things to disrupt and enable digital transformation, and to build cutting-edge technology solutions and services for customers globally.
