WhatsApp to introduce paid subscription for multi-device support
By MYBRANDBOOK
Meta-owned messaging app WhatsApp may soon introduce a paid subscription for multi-device support for its business users. The subscription will probably be limited to WhatsApp Business and regular WhatsApp users may not get this option.
The paid subscription will allow WhatsApp Business users to connect up to 10 devices to a single WhatsApp account. This will help businesses to easily connect with their customers as multiple employees will be able to access the same account on their phones.
Currently, WhatsApp allows users to connect up to four additional devices for free with the help of the multi-device support feature. It is expected that the Meta-owned messaging app will introduce several other features to make the subscription plan more exciting.
The WhatsApp Business is becoming popular among the business owners and people with two SIM cards who want to use WhatsApp on both their numbers. The WhatsApp Businesses have been helping users to connect with their customers, answer queries and take orders.
WhatsApp recently introduced the much-awaited feature, multi-device support for its users. This feature has been available on its rival app Telegram for a long time now. WhatsApp Business was introduced for persons who wanted to contact people for business purposes only.
