Debjani Ghosh is the President of the National Association of Software & Services Companies (NASSCOM), the first woman to hold this position in the organization’s three-decade history. A veteran of the technology industry, she is the fifth president of NASSCOM and the first women at the helm in three-decade history. In this role, she collaborates closely with industry and government to accelerate growth and bolster India’s status as a hub for innovation and digital talent. A strong advocate for the transformative power of technology, she focuses on leveraging it for societal benefit. Debjani played a key role in developing the ‘Think Digital, Think India’ strategy, aimed at positioning India as a leader in digital talent and innovation.
