N. Ganapathy Subramaniam (NGS), Chairman of Tata Elxsi, is a veteran technology leader with more than four decades of contribution to India’s IT industry. He retired from TCS in 2024 as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director after playing a pivotal role in transformative initiatives across banking, telecommunications, and public services worldwide. Today, he chairs Tata Elxsi and holds leadership roles across key Tata Group technology enterprises, including Tejas Networks and Tata Communications. Actively involved with the Bharat 6G Alliance and TSDSI, NGS is recognized as a Technology Icon driving India’s product engineering excellence and next-generation telecom innovation.
